Our Mission
At Yuvagram, our mission is clear: to build the capacities of the poor and needy, with a special focus on youth, women, Dalits, tribes, and small and marginal farmers. Through a range of initiatives spanning education, livelihood, health, and empowerment, we seek to uplift communities and foster an environment where everyone has equal opportunities to participate in the developmental process.

Our Vision
We envision a society where the marginalized and underprivileged not only have a seat at the table but also enjoy equal opportunities to thrive. Our vision is to reform the very structure of society, creating a more inclusive and equitable environment where every individual can realize their full potential.

Brief History
Yuvagram traces its origins back to 1985, when our founder, driven by a vision to transform his own village into a model of development, embarked on a journey of change. Despite facing numerous challenges, the organization persevered, and by 1995, our efforts began to bear fruit. Over the years, we have made significant contributions to socio-economic development, earning recognition such as the prestigious National Youth Award in 2001.

Areas of Core Competence
Our areas of core competence are diverse and comprehensive, reflecting our holistic approach to development. From training and capacity building to sustainable agriculture, watershed development, and gender empowerment, we are actively engaged in initiatives that address the multifaceted challenges faced by communities.
